Push-up handles with beech wood grips and a robust steel frame take bodyweight training to a new level. Use the mini parallel bars for push-ups, L-sits, handstands and other bodyweight exercises; the sweat-absorbing wood gives a secure grip even during intense workouts, and the steel construction holds up to 120 kg.

These parallettes combine black steel with natural beech wood, weigh approx. 2.4 kg and measure approx. 18.5 x 19.5 x 33 cm (H x W x D). The raised, sweat-absorbing grips give you a firm, stable hold, which makes classic push-ups more intense and gives you a secure base for L-sits and handstands. Decorative items are not included.
